Meet Missy

Missy Barnes is a joy activator with a lifelong passion for helping people discover more vibrant, joyful lives. Her journey began at age five through singing, dancing, and acting, and continues today as a Professor of Theatre and Dance at Rollins College in Winter Park, FL.

With extensive experience as a theatre artist — actor, singer, dancer, and director — Missy brings a unique perspective to her work, deeply committed to helping people find a greater connection to and appreciation of their bodies.

It depends on the modality: coaching sessions are conversation-based, movement sessions involve guided physical practice, and ThetaHealing sessions work with the subconscious in a relaxed, seated state. All can be done in person or remotely.

In person in Central Florida, or by video call or phone from anywhere, all by appointment.
